Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Payment is required 14 days prior to stay. If you cancel 14 days prior to stay, you will be given a full refund. Less than 14 days, a full refund only if the rooms are rebooked.

For reservations of two or more rooms, payment is required 30 days prior to stay. Cancellation is also required 30 days prior to stay.

No refunds of any type will be given for any reason if room cannot be rebooked after grace period.

Check In and Check Out:

Check In is 3:00 p.m.
Check out is 12:00 p.m.

If it is necessary for you to check in or out at other than the scheduled times, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.

Children:

Well behaved children are always welcome.

Pets:

Pets are permitted with prior approval and vaccination certificate. Pets may not be left unattended in the room unless they are confined to a carrier or crate. Since pets are family and will most likely be uncomfortable in strange surroundings, we hope you will make provisions for your pet if you are planning to be out for several hours and don’t wish to take the animal along with you.
